Market Leading Features and Functionality
The IGC audio conferencing solution is available either as an IP or PRI
(T1/E1) solution. The IGC can be used in a reservation based mode,
such that conferences are reserved through nominated administrators
or it can be used in reservation-less mode where users are able to
create their own teams and schedule their own conference calls. The
IGC also supports a broadcast mode, which is perfect for distant learning
or one to many presentations.
The IGC, when used in reservation-less mode, provides users with a range of unique features and functions, including:
- Pre-scheduled calls
- Automatic dial out to all participants with "find me" feature calling up to three unique numbers.
- Graphic user interface via PC or PDA inteface Whisper (voice or text) to other conference participants
- IM to selected participants on the call without all other conference participants knowing
- Ability to include an external call into the conference
- Dial external participant without putting call on hold
- Volume control and change the volume of each participant individually
- Auto reconnect to a cell phone.
